Heating/cooling jacket integral to the valve body, applicable on flanged ball valves, both ANSI (ALFA 64 and 60) and PN (ALFA 68) only on stock bar executions. / Heating jacket/cooling jacket integrated in the body, available for ANSI (ALFA 64 and 60) and DIN (ALFA 68) flanged ball valves with steel bar body. • For application requiring a fixed fluid temperature inside the valve body, through circulation inside the jacket of hot water, steam, diathermic oil or other fluid / For applications that require a constant temperature of the medium in the ball valve require. For this purpose, the heating jacket/cooling jacket is flown through with hot water, steam, thermal oil or other media. • Metal thickness: 3 mm • Jacket hollow space: 10 mm • Maximum operating jacket pressure / max. permissible operating pressure in the heating/cooling jacket: 16 bar • Jacket material: Carbon steel type S235 JR (Carbon stell body valves) / C-Stahl S235 JR (for carbon steel ball valves) Pickled stainless steel AISI 316 (Stainless steel body valves) / Pickled stainless steel AISI 316 (for stainless steel ball valves) • 100% hydraulic tested - welding process ASME qualified / 100% hydraulic pressure test - welds ASME qualified. • For valve technical features, please refer to standard valve family / technical features of ball valves Please refer to the standard ball valve series data sheets. • For different configuration type, number and position of jacket connection please contact our engineering dept / For other versions, number and position of the sheath connections, please contact our technical department
