The MTC35 is a COTS DC-DC converter designed for defense and avionics applications. It operates in a wide input voltage range of 10-40 VDC, with short-term capability up to 50VDC (100ms), ensuring reliable performance in vehicle and aircraft environments. With a forward converter design and a switching frequency of 450 kHz, it provides efficient power conversion and excellent EMC performance.

The converter features voltage trim, remote sense, inhibit, and frequency synchronization functions for enhanced control. Its magnetic feedback technology enables stable output regulation and soft start circuitry prevents overshoot during operation. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +100 °C, meeting stringent military standards MIL-STD 461, DEF-STAN 59-411, MIL-STD 1275, and DEF-STAN 61-5.

The MTC35 comes with warranty, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments. It is ideal for vetronic and avionic applications where compact, rugged, and reliable power conversion is essential.
